Support provides remote and, where applicable, on-site IT support. Response times and coverage depend on your selected plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your portal credentials and for all activity under your account.
Fees are billed monthly per the plan you select and are subject to change with thirty days' notice.
By requesting support, you authorize our engineers to access relevant systems remotely for the purpose of diagnosing and resolving issues.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Support is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including data loss not covered by an active backup plan.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Support after changes constitutes acceptance.
